Dan Whiteson is a young portrait and figurative painter based in Tottenham. He has built a practise based on his fascination with the human condition, and recent work deals with the impact of the digital age on human physicality. Through a range of different mediums he is building a language and body of work attempting to visualise what he sees as a 'disintegration' of the self.
Dan's work has been shown in numerous group and solo shows across the UK, and can be found in private collections all over the world.
Alongside his practise, Dan has built a successful business teaching life drawing in various venues across London, including Village Underground, The Wallace Collection and Sotheby's.
