Can I see an artwork in-person or get more photos/information of the before I buy?

Yes, we offer both. Please contact us and we would be pleased to arrange either of these.

Do you offer art advice?

Yes, we are here to help! We can help you find the perfect piece or match you with the perfect artist, just contact us and we’d be delighted to guide you through the process.

  

Framing

Are the artworks framed or unframed?

We are offering framing on a select number of artworks (mostly prints and drawings), and you can add framing to the artwork simply when on the artwork page.

For artworks that have the option of framing, we offer a Frame Portfolio Mount in three different colours, see preview. We are working in partnership with a local framers to provide the highest quality frames, North London Framing.

All other artworks are unframed unless otherwise specified.

  

Delivery/Collection

How does Delivery and Collection work?

In light of the pandemic, artworks are taking slightly longer to process than usual.

- For unframed artworks, please allow 1-2 weeks.

- For framed artworks, please allow 2-3 weeks.

Some artworks can be collected directly from the artist’s studio for free. If you select this option at check out, we will be in touch to arrange your collection. 

Other artworks are delivery only. Delivery charges will depend on the artwork sold. We currently deliver to UK addresses only. 

All artworks sold on Zone Arts are dispatched directly from the artist, and so packaging, delivery times, courier and services used will vary from piece to piece. 

 

Are framed artworks available for delivery?

We only offer collection for framed artworks, which is direct from the framers, North London Framing, 26 Theydon Rd, Clapton, London E5 9NA.

Will my artwork be safe during delivery? 

All artists agree to package artwork in line with our guidance to ensure minimal risk of damage to artwork during transit, and we advise artists to send the artwork via a fully insured and tracked method to ensure maximum safety of the artwork.

What if the artwork has arrived damaged or not at all?

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you investigate any issues and help resolve them swiftly.

  

Returns

Can I return/get a refund on artwork sold?

Once you have received your artwork, you have 14 days to exchange it or return it to us for a full refund (excluding postage & framing costs) if you are not happy with it. For more details, check out our Returns Policy.

Please note that the work must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.

I’m a local artist, how can I get involved?
